White Label Squarespace Design Service

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between WithYunara ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("the client") for the white-label web design services offered via Squarespace.

1. Services Provided

We offer white-label Squarespace website design services on a per-project basis. Our services include:

  • Design and layout based on your provided content and brief

  • Three days of design-only revisions after initial delivery

  • One week of email support post-design

Please note: These services do not include branding development, content strategy, custom coding, or long-term project management unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Project Booking & Scheduling

  • Projects must be booked via our request form and are subject to approval.

  • Once approved, we’ll issue an invoice to confirm the project.

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot.

  • All bookings are scheduled in advance; last-minute or urgent projects are not accepted.

  • Only one project is taken per week. Availability is first-come, first-served and shown up to 60 days ahead.

3. Payment & Delivery

  • If the project is hosted in your or your client's Squarespace account, full payment is required upfront.

  • If the project is built in our Squarespace account, we offer a milestone-based payment plan.

  • Payment methods include credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and PayPal. Transaction/platform fees may apply.

  • Final delivery occurs upon receipt of full payment.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Projects may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to availability.

  • If no suitable reschedule date is available, a partial refund may be offered (excluding the booking fee).

5. Design Scope & Revisions

  • Before the project begins, we will align on a design direction based on your brief and brand assets.

  • Revisions are design-only and limited to small adjustments. They do not include full redesigns or concept shifts.

6. Platform Limitations

  • We use Squarespace 7.1, the most current version at time of writing.

  • We are not liable for future changes made by Squarespace that may affect your site’s design or structure.

7. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

  • The final design belongs to you or your client upon full payment.

  • We will not showcase your project in our portfolio without your explicit consent.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for client-side edits, changes, or site issues after final delivery.

  • While we take care in our work, we are not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from the use of the website.
